Hey guys, sorry it has taken me so long to write this up, but i was hoping to have my photos back a while ago. Nope still waiting for them! I guess thats what happens when a friend does them for you for free.
My sister also had her camera for a little while and took a few photos, so for now that is all we have.
The week before i was stressing out so bad. Especially once andrews mother and grandfather arrived to stay with us and pretty much took over my house hold. If i could have had it my way they would not have come until the day before which would have been friday, but they came wednesday lunch time.
I found they got in my way alot while i was trying to clean the house so it was sparkling and trying to 'help' but being more annoying that anything. I might seem a bit ungrateful, but i really didnt need the extra stress from them.
We were allowed in to the seaford hotel to set up the room the afternoon before, so we heading in about 1pm and started to set up the tables, chair covers and sashes. I put all my centrepeices out and placed everything where i wanted it. We also set up the extra tables that we were using for the lolly buffet, wishing well table and cake table. I left the lolly buffet and place cards for later that night and went back with my sister, photographer/friend and a couple of other friends to sort out where exactly we wanted to set them up. The lolly buffet was the one thing i wanted to do myself and as much as everyone around me was trying to 'help' me and take over doing it i wouldnt let them! I saved it and set it up that night so it was ready to go the next day. One of Andrews aunties and uncle own a party/scrapbooking shop in portland and they were kind enough to come in and do a heap of balloons for us and set up my chinese lanters across the dancefloor. They did an amazing job
I ended up staying at my sisters house the night before so that i could have some quiet time. I ended up being wide awake just before 6am and just layed in bed for almost an hour before i got up and started to get showered and ready. The hair dresser turned up just after 7.30 and started to prepare. Then everyone else started to turn up, before we knew it, it was 1pm and i had to get my dress on and get in the car. We ran a little bit late to the ceremony, as most do. I was soooo nervous!
I was so glad once the ceremony was over and i could stop being nervous. I dont really even remember walking down th aisle it was over and done so quick! It was also a really hot, humid day, but atleast it wasnt raining.
We took a bunch of photos and then headed towards the seaford hotel for the reception, running late of course!
The reception was amazing. The lolly buffet was a massive hit, everyone loved it. The staff at the seaford hotel were amazing and i highly recommend it. They helped us so much. We were supposed to pack everything up ourselves that same night, but with a bit of help from family and friends and help from the seaford we were able to run away when we were ready and head back the next morning to grab the bits and peices left behind.
Sorry this is a bit all over the place and probably doesnt make much sense.

You poor thing, it sounds like a very stressful lead-up to the big day, but I'm glad to hear it all went well in the end!
The photos are beautiful! You both look really happy and relaxed, it sounds like it was the perfect day. You certainly don't look like the hot and humid weather is bothering you!
I love, love, LOVE your hair - it's so pretty and natural and frames your gorgeous face beautifully. It must be frustrating not having all of your photos yet, but look on the bright side - at least this way you get to stretch out your excitement a little bit longer!
